A 12‑Day Cultural Immersion, Culinary Journey & Group Adventure

A Small-Group Adventure & Immersion in Morocco's Landscapes, Culture, Cuisine & Ancient Soul

11–22 September 2026 - Marrakech, Ouarzazate, High Atlas, The Sahara

Marrakech, Ouzoud, Agadir, Sidi Kaouiki, Essaouira, Oualidia,

Slow travel. Real encounters. Desert silence. Marrakech medina energy. Atlantic air. This is Morocco beyond the postcard. Morocco as it’s meant to be experienced: slowly, deeply, and with intention.
Over twelve days, we move from the pulse of Marrakech to the silence of the Sahara, then follow the land back toward the Atlantic — through oases, kitchens, markets, waterfalls, fishing villages, and coastal towns where time flows differently. We sleep under the stars in the desert. We cook with locals and eat what we make. We walk through medinas instead of rushing through them. We end by the sea, not exhausted, but full.
This is not a luxury getaway. This journey isn’t about collecting sights. It’s about being present in places that still reward curiosity. Food is our gateway into culture. Conversation is part of the experience. Free time is intentional, not accidental. You’ll travel by private vehicle, on foot, by camel, and by 4×4 — crossing the Atlas Mountains, reaching remote desert camps, wandering historic ports like Essaouira, and finishing in the calm of Oualidia’s lagoon.
It’s a small group by design. That’s what allows the real moments to happen: shared meals, fireside stories, unplanned conversations, and the quiet understanding that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. This trip is for travellers who don’t need to be convinced that Morocco is special — they already know. They’re just waiting for the right way to experience it, with a like-minded group who appreciates travel, culture & content creation.
If you’ve been saying “one day” to Morocco for years, this is that day.
September 2026. Limited places. When it feels right, it usually is.

Why This Trip Exists

A Real Immersion in Morocco

This is the Morocco I envisioned and dreamed of experiencing. A small group trip across landscapes, from riads to medinas and deserts, and to freshen up in the North African Atlantic coast. To take a journey that the Bedouins have been making for centuries, visit Berber villages, and even cook lunch and share a meal with families.

Morocco is intense — and that’s exactly why it deserves time, patience, and a thoughtful route. This journey is designed for travellers who want to understand Morocco, not rush through it. We move deliberately: from the cinematic landscapes of Ouarzazate to nights under Saharan stars, from hands‑on cooking in Marrakech to quiet coastal towns where life slows down.

Food is our entry point. Walking is our pace. Conversation, curiosity, and shared experiences are the glue.

This trip is for you if: You value culture over luxury. You enjoy food, markets, and learning by doing. You want variety — desert, cities, coast — immerse in both the silence and the thrill of of the chaos. You like a balance of guided experiences and free time. You prefer local authentic experiences, guided by local guides. You love adventure. You enjoy content creation.

This trip is not for you if: You want five‑star resorts only. You dislike walking, heat, or changing landscapes. You prefer rushed itineraries and constant nightlife. You just want to stay in Marrakech and don’t want to see the real Morocco. You don’t like adventure. You don’t like being photographed, you don’t like content creation and documentary.

Days 1 - 2

Arrival in Marrakech, Ouarzazate, Sahara Desert Camp (Erg Lihoudi)

Arrive in Marrakech by 12:30 and meet the group before heading straight across the Atlas Mountains. The landscape shifts quickly — city to mountain passes to wide, cinematic plains. We arrive in Ouarzazate for our first night together, with a welcome meeting and shared dinner to settle in and set the tone. This morning we visit the legendary Atlas Film Studios, a gateway into Morocco’s role in world cinema. From here, we travel south toward Zagora and Mhamid, where roads slowly disappear into desert tracks. A short walk at sunset leads us into the Sahara and our first camp — tea, stillness, and a sky full of stars.

Days 3 - 4

Sahara Desert, Bertam Oasis, Zagora, Skoura Oasis

Wake early to watch the desert change colour with the sunrise. After breakfast, continue the Berber-style desert journey, choosing to walk or ride a camel to our lunch stop. In the afternoon, a 4×4 takes us deeper into the landscape to a remote oasis camp. Dinner is shared fireside, with music and stories under the night sky. After a final desert sunrise, we return by 4×4 to Zagora. Enjoy time to shower, relax, and reflect before continuing on to Skoura — an oasis town surrounded by palm groves and historic kasbahs. Dinner together as a group.

Days 5 - 6

Skoura, Marrakech Immersion

We return to Marrakech with fresh perspective after the desert. In the afternoon, take part in a hands-on Tanjia cooking experience, learning one of the city’s most traditional dishes. The evening unfolds in the medina, exploring food stalls and ending with mint tea on a rooftop overlooking Jemaa El Fnaa. A guided walk through the historic medina includes key sites such as Jardin Secret or Bahia Palace. We stop at a local bakery to learn about Moroccan bread, then collect our slow-cooked Tanjia and enjoy lunch together. The afternoon and evening are free — wander the souks, visit Majorelle Garden, or simply pause and watch the city move.

Days 7 - 8

Ouzoud Waterfalls, Agadir

A full-day escape from the city to the Ouzoud Waterfalls. Walk scenic paths around the cascades, enjoy lunch near the water, and take in the cooler mountain air before returning to Marrakech. Dinner together in the lively Jemaa El Fnaa food stalls. Enjoy a free morning in Marrakech for last explorations or shopping. In the afternoon, travel to Agadir and visit Souk Lhad, one of Morocco’s largest local markets. Dinner is at your leisure.

Days 9 - 10

Agadir, Sidi Kaouki, Essaouira, Safi, Oualidia

Today we transition to coastal Morocco. Walk along Tamri Beach, try sandboarding on the towering dunes, then continue to Sidi Kaouki. Share a cooking demonstration and lunch with a local family, followed by tea and free time to stroll the beach or watch sunset over the Atlantic. Travel north with meaningful stops along the way. Explore Essaouira’s historic harbour and medina, then continue to Safi, home to Morocco’s largest ceramic market. Arrive in Oualidia in the evening.

Days 11 - 12

Oualidia, Marrakech Departure

A full free day to enjoy Oualidia at your own pace. Swim in the calm lagoon, walk the beach, or simply rest. In the evening, you may choose to join a farewell dinner at a local oyster farm overlooking the sea. After breakfast, transfer back to Marrakech, arriving around 12:00. Please book departing flights no earlier than 16:00. The journey ends — the memories stay.
