Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel planning, bookings, and services provided by In the Mood for Life (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking any travel services through us, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Role as a Travel Agent
In the Mood for Life operates solely as a travel agent. We curate, arrange, and facilitate travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, activity providers, and travel insurance companies (“Suppliers”).
We do not own, operate, or control any Supplier. All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions of each Supplier, which may limit or exclude liability. You are responsible for reviewing each Supplier’s policies.
